Hemp Facts
- Grown pesticide/herbicide free

- Hypoallergenic

- 100% biodegradable

- Longer, stronger, more absorbent and more insulative than cotton fiber

- Hemp has no illicit use -- it is the equivalent of non-alcoholic beer

- Anything that can be made out of wood or plastic can be made from hemp

- Farming only 6% of the U.S. with hemp could produce enough energy to end America's dependence on fossil fuels

- The first paper was made from hemp as well as the first draft of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the first Gutenberg Bible
Hemp is the solution to many of the problems that are facing the modern world: deforestation, acid rain, the green house effect, erosion, pollutants, starvation, and limited fossil fuels; and hemp production could provide jobs and increased revenues to our rural areas. Read more about hemp.

About EarthDog

In addition to their 14 dogs, they open their house to strays rescued around Nashville. They make
sure the animals are healthy and spayed or neutered and then work to find suitable, loving homes for these deserving pets.
Proceeds from making their products help them to continue this work. A few of their favorite charities include: The
Spay Station, A.R.F. and The U.S. Humane Society.

Kody's Fund

Kody was a three-legged German Shepherd mix who stole the heart of Earthdog co-founder, Kym Colella. As a rescued dog,
Kody was very timid (as many of them are in the beginning), but he was also a brilliant, inspiring and faithful companion to Kym for over
14 years. It is with this kind of inspiration, Earthdog continues with passion and drive (8 years running). Kody's Fund is a non-profit organization
set up to fund spay and neuter programs. Ten percent of Earthdog profits goes towards this program. Remember: Over 20 million animals are
put to sleep each year because there are not enough homes for them. Please spay or neuter your pets, and keep an ID tag on them with current
contact information.
