According to the Materia Medica the following remedies in Ear Wax Build-Up may be administered for the following conditions:
Alumina: Feeling of plugged eustacian tubes
Carbo vegetabilis: Ears dry; Foul smelling yellow wax
Causticum: Ear catarrh, ear wax build-up; Thick discharge; Burning in ears
Conium maculatum: Ear wax build-up.; Bloody hard wax interfering with hearing
Elaps corallinus: Black or green discharge or build-up of wax; Intolerable itching in ear
Graphites: Cracking in ears when eating; Dryness in inner ear; Ears feel stuffed or clogged
Kali bichromicum: Thick yellow fetid discharge; Violent tickling in ears
Kali muriaticum: Blocked painful eustacian tubes; Crackling, itching, snapping or as if plug in ears
Lachesis mutus: Ear wax too hard, blocking eustacian tubes
Lycopodium clavatum: Thick yellow offensive discharge; Hardness of hearing; Echo of noises
Petroleum: Deep itching; Chronic eustacian catarrh (drainage), especially in elderly
Pulsatilla: Hearing difficult as if ears were stuffed
Sabadilla: Gurgling in ears; Burning and itching
Sepia: Sudden deafness as if caused by plugged ears
Silicea: Fetid discharge; Crusty formation in ears
