We can take hoofstock, deer, primates, reptiles and just about anything except dogs and cats (this includes the big ones). If your exotic critter needs placement,

low-cost or free spay/neuter certificates, transportation for those needing it and special assistance for
feral cats.

- Broken Hearts, Mended Souls Rescue - We are a licensed Pit Bull pit/mix rescue in
the State of Missouri. Our fosters are spay/neuter, microchip, current on all vaccines (age appropriate) and heartworm tested prior to going to their forever
homes. Fosters are crate trained and housebroken unless otherwise stated.

- Iggy Iguana Rescue and Bird Sanctuary, Inc. - We work with birds of all sizes from
finches and parakeets to macaws. We also work with iguanas, small reptiles and small exotics. When placing birds we offer permanent sanctuary and temporary
placement until a permanent home can be found. We offer temporary or foster care for iguanas, reptiles and small mammals. We comply with the owners wishes
as to which type of placement they desire for their pet.

- 7 Bells Sanctuary - We are a small, private rescue, licensed by the State of Missouri in June 2004.
We specialize in senior dogs. We offer hospice care for dying dogs as space permits. This site is dedicated to Max & Lady, both senior dogs that were in kill shelters
& were "naturals" when visiting the care center. Because of them, this rescue was born. As of Jan. 1, 2007 we handle no more than two large senior dogs at a time. All
of the dogs are completely vetted including but not limited to altered, vaccinated, dental & microchipped before being placed for adoption. Most, yet not all, visit the
local care center to become familiar with medical equipment. The goal is to get the senior pets into senior homes or non-senior homes with a low energy lifestyle. Our goal
is to find the right placement for each pet.

homes for second-hand pets." Through the kindness of their volunteers and their foster homes, they care for animals of all

is treated for illness or injury.

Wheaten Terriers who have been abandoned, neglected, puppy mill victims, or whose present owner cannot, or will not, keep them any longer, into loving, caring, and

- Scottish Terrier Rescue Missouri - I rescue the most wonderful and loving dog in the world.
The commercial breeding dogs that are retired, non productive or just getting out of the breed. There is no dog more loving and so wonderful to have, they give back
more love than any other dog.

- Fetch N Fun Rescue & Resort - We are a small, private rescue that houses senior large breed dogs.
We offer them wellness care, activities, obedience training, behavior modification (when necessary) and retirement. We keep our numbers small to maintain a better quality of
life for the dogs who stay. We also rescue special needs puppies. The adoption fees on the puppies help sustain longterm care for the larger seniors. We work with several
area rescues and shelters, saving lives as one team!
