- Hi-Line Animal Rescue - We have been rescuing dogs since Feb '07 and so far have
placed 80 dogs and 10 cats. we are working off of public donations and soon hope to get our 501(c)3. There are a lot of unfixed animals in this area because the vets
are too expensive for some people. We hope to bring in a spay/neuter clinic this spring and be able to make the numbers of animals in Valley county manageable.
