I AM SOOOOO IMPRESSED! This is the first order I have ever placed through your company and this is my first experience with
Beastie Bands. So far you offer the lowest price on the internet and one of the fullest selections. That was the first thing I liked. Beastie Bands
came highly recommended to me by the foster mother of my second adopted cat. I decided to try them now as we are going out of town soon and I wanted
to give my cats ample time to adjust. I figured they would arrive sometime next week at the earliest since they were coming from CA to NH. They
arrived two days after I ordered them, beautifully packaged and even with thank you mints! I have NEVER seen that in a company and it made a world

I'm writing to tell you about my initial experience with your business.
On 5/18, I happened upon your website. I was grateful to finally find one store which carried several of the dog-products I'd previously
had to order separately from different websites. In addition to the products I sought, I was impressed by the range of items you carry, several of which I
decided to give a try. Your prices are competitive enough to make trying some new things an affordable experiment. I also appreciated the free shipping on
orders over $50 -- a great incentive with no penalty. Your website is well organized and seems to work flawlessly. Also, the ordering process could not
have been easier. Well done!
On 5/19 I placed an online order. Today, 5/21, I received my order! I am very impressed by the quickness of order fulfillment. But when
I opened the box, I was REALLY impressed! On the top were two wrapped mints. Wow! Isn't it amazing how something so simple can make such a big impact. Under
the mints was a detailed packing slip, exactly what I need for my records. Then, wrapped in simple paper, were the items I ordered. No packing peanuts!*
